Our Clubs Mission...

The mission of Lake Erie Elite Volleyball is to create a program for young athletes in which they can enhance their volleyball skills through participation in USA Volleyball's Junior Program.   Skill development, teamwork and enhancing their skills are our main objective.

Playing time is always an important aspect of team sports. While all players will play, playing time will likely not be equal at all times. Factors include, position, attitude, coach ability, work habits in practice, dedication and  most importantly being a team player and ALWAYS giving 110%!!!!
